This course is aimed particularly at people who wish to discover and build up their inner strengths. You learn ways of responding to pressures flexibly without striving for perfection. The focus is on self-care, change of perspective, and preparedness to reflect on your own patterns. For all who wish to strengthen and understand themselves better.
