Our Memory training course is aimed especially at older people who wish to conserve and improve their cognitive abilities.
We offer diverse exercises In a relaxed and supportive atmosphere to strengthen your memory and boost concentration. You practise techniques and methods which you can use easily in day-to-day life. Together with other participants, you train important areas of the brain. Regular training will make your days easier and more carefree.
